Method
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in shredded chicken, white beans, green chilies, cumin, oregano, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
- Add cream cheese and stir until melted and creamy. Cook for 5 more minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished as desired.

For extra flavor, garnish with fresh cilantro or shredded cheese.
