Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets.
- Cream butter, sugars, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Stir in oats, cranberries, and white chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls onto sheets and bake 10-12 minutes.
- Cool cookies before serving.
Notes
For softer cookies, slightly underbake and cool on sheets.
