Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Mix wet into dry until just combined. Fold in raisins or chocolate chips if using.
- Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool before serving.
Notes
For a chewier texture, refrigerate the dough before baking.
