Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash bananas in a bowl.
- Add eggs, melted butter, and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, flaxseed meal, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a smoother texture, blend the wet ingredients before adding the dry ingredients.
