Method
- Wash and slice the sweet potato into ¼-inch thick slices lengthwise.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and bake for 15–20 minutes until tender and slightly crisp.
- Alternatively, toast slices in a toaster on high for 2–3 cycles until soft and slightly charred.
- For air frying, preheat to 375°F (190°C), arrange slices in a single layer, and air fry for 8–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
