Ingredients
  

Main ingredients
  • 2 cups Sweet potatoes
  • 1 banana Banana
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup White beans
  • 1 cup Beets cooked
  • 1 cup Carrots cooked
  • 1 cup Cauliflower cooked
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds

Method
 

  1. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into chunks, then boil or steam until tender.
  2. For the Banana and Cinnamon puree, blend cooked sweet potatoes with banana and cinnamon until smooth.
  3. For the White Beans and Beets puree, blend cooked sweet potatoes with white beans and cooked beets until smooth.
  4. For the Carrots, Cauliflower, and Chia Seeds puree, blend cooked sweet potatoes with cooked carrots, cauliflower, and chia seeds until smooth.
  5. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator or freezer for later.

Ensure all ingredients are cooked and pureed to a smooth consistency suitable for babies.
