Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well.
- Combine pasta, chicken, soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stir in 1 1/2 cups cheddar and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Optional: Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use a combination of sharp cheddar and Gruyere cheese.
