Method
- Cook pasta, drain, and rinse with cold water.
- Combine pasta, corn, tomatoes, onion, feta, and cilantro in a bowl.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
