Method
- Boil pasta in salted water for 8-10 minutes. Drain.
- Melt butter, add flour and paprika, whisk until a paste forms.
- Add whole milk, evaporated milk, and cream cheese. Bring to a low boil.
- Add shredded cheese 1 cup at a time, whisking until melted. Season with salt and boil for 2 minutes.
- Add cheese sauce to pasta and serve warm.
Notes
For an extra creamy texture, use freshly grated cheese instead of pre-shredded.
