Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake sweet potatoes wrapped in foil for 1 hour, then cool and peel.
- Mash potatoes with butter, then mix in eggs, salt, cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg.
- Add brown sugar and cream, then prepare streusel topping with flour, sugar, oats, cinnamon, and butter.
- Spread sweet potato mixture in a greased 9x13-inch pan, top with marshmallows and streusel, then bake for 30-40 minutes.
Notes
For best results, use fresh sweet potatoes and ensure marshmallows are evenly distributed on top before baking.
