- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth.
- Add granulated and brown sugar, mixing well.
- Incorporate melted butter into the banana-sugar mixture.
- Add egg and whisk until combined.
- Sift flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently.
- Fold in the chopped nuts evenly.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Slice and serve as desired.
