Method
- Cook pasta, drain, rinse with cold water, and cool.
- Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, celery, red onion, parsley, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add pasta, chicken, and optional ingredients to the dressing. Toss gently.
- Taste and adjust seasonings.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
