Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Combine chicken, mayonnaise, and ranch dressing in a bowl.
  2. Add celery, red onion, parsley, and lemon juice to the bowl.
  3. Sprinkle in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Taste and adjust seasonings.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes.

Notes

For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
