Method
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, Italian dressing, cherry tomatoes, black olives, red onion, beef pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss well to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, omit the pepperoni and add more vegetables like bell peppers or cucumbers.
