Pasta Salad Ingredients
  • 1 pound rotini pasta
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup beef pepperoni, diced
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, Italian dressing, cherry tomatoes, black olives, red onion, beef pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Toss well to combine.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, omit the pepperoni and add more vegetables like bell peppers or cucumbers.
