Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg egg
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; combine wet ingredients separately.
  3. Combine wet and dry mixtures until just blended.
  4. Form dough into small rolls and place on baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden; cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a sweeter touch, brush with honey after baking.
