Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Wet ingredients
  • 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 ripe banana mashed banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add-ins
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or dried fruit (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Combine wet ingredients until smooth.
  4. Mix wet into dry, fold in add-ins, and scoop onto sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, cool before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
