  • 0.75 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2.5 cups sharp cheddar (freshly grated)
  • 2 cups mozzarella (freshly grated)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1.5 tbsp paprika (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1.5 tsp sugar

Method
 

  1. Grate the cheese and prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Add pasta and water to a pot. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low.
  3. Cook pasta until al dente, then reduce heat to low. Ensure most of the water has evaporated, leaving a little in the pot.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well combined and cheese is melted. Adjust to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!
