Method
- Grate the cheese and prepare all the ingredients.
- Add pasta and water to a pot. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low.
- Cook pasta until al dente, then reduce heat to low. Ensure most of the water has evaporated, leaving a little in the pot.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir until well combined and cheese is melted. Adjust to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!
