  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Combine peanut butter, honey, and salt in a saucepan over low heat; stir until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Mix the peanut butter mixture with Rice Krispies in a large bowl.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips, then scoop onto parchment-lined sheet and shape into cookies.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set, then enjoy.
