  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional) optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional) optional

Method
 

  1. Mix oats, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla in a bowl.
  2. Stir in chocolate chips, coconut, nuts, and cinnamon until combined.
  3. Form mixture into balls or press into a dish for bars.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  5. Enjoy or store in an airtight container in the fridge.

For best results, use natural peanut butter and fresh ingredients.
