Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan or line with parchment.
- Mix dry ingredients: whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
- Combine wet ingredients: whisk eggs and sugar, then add oil, maple syrup, pumpkin, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet until just combined. Prepare streusel topping with sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, and butter.
- Pour batter into pan, sprinkle streusel on top, and bake for 55-65 minutes. Cool before glazing.
Notes
