  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup erythritol or your preferred keto sweetener
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix almond butter, cocoa powder, erythritol, egg, vanilla, and salt until combined.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  4. Scoop dough onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, then cool on a wire rack.
