Method
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

- Add the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, black olives, mozzarella cheese, beef pepperoni, and red onion to the bowl.
- Toss to combine.
- Stir in fresh parsley.

Notes
For a vegetarian option, omit the pepperoni and add more vegetables like bell peppers or cucumbers.
