Method
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, romaine lettuce, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and black olives.
- Pour the Caesar dressing over the mixture and gently toss to coat evenly.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, top with croutons (optional).
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For a lighter version, use light Caesar dressing and add more vegetables.
