Method
- Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add chicken, beans, chilies, broth, and spices. Stir to combine.
- Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes, then quick release.
- Remove chicken, shred with forks, and stir back into the chili. Add cream cheese and stir until melted.
