Method
- Cook macaroni, drain, rinse, and cool.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Add macaroni, celery, red onion, and parsley to dressing. Stir.
- Fold in chopped eggs (if using).
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve cold.
Notes
For a tangier flavor, add a bit more apple cider vinegar.
