Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients in a large bowl.
- Gradually add dry to wet, mix until just combined, then fold in nuts if using.
- Pour batter into pan, bake 60-70 minutes, cool before serving.
Notes
For extra moisture, add a splash of milk before baking.
