  • 4 oz multigrain crackers
  • 4 oz whole wheat crackers
Condiments & Sweets
  • 1 oz cranberry mustard
  • 1 oz honey
  • 1 oz caramelized onion jam
  • 3 oz giardiniera (pickled vegetables)
Fruits & Nuts
  • 1 bunch green grapes
  • 1 piece Bartlett pear (sliced)
  • 3 oz candied pecans (or sweet and spicy style)
  • 10 pieces chocolate truffles (or dark chocolate pieces)
Decorative & Optional
  • 1 mini pumpkin mini pumpkin (optional)
  • fresh bay leaves, thyme, and sage leaves fresh herbs (optional)

Method
 

  1. Select a rustic wooden board or large platter, and arrange cheeses, meats, crackers, and condiments with a mini pumpkin as a centerpiece. Fill gaps with fruits, nuts, and herbs for a festive look.
  2. Place small bowls with mustard, honey, onion jam, giardiniera, and pecans around the board for easy access.
  3. Arrange cheeses and crackers artfully, layering and fanning for visual appeal. Add fruits, chocolates, and herbs to complete the display.
  4. Decorate with optional herbs and mini pumpkin, then set out serving utensils and plates for guests.
