  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 cup finely chopped celery
  • 0.5 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

Method
 

  1. Cook macaroni, drain, rinse, and cool.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add macaroni, celery, onion, parsley, and eggs to dressing; stir.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For a tangier flavor, add a bit more apple cider vinegar.
