Method
- Cook pasta al dente, drain and rinse with cold water.
- Chop vegetables and add to a large bowl.
- Combine dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well.
- Add pasta, vegetables, olives, feta, and parsley to the bowl. Pour dressing over salad and toss.
