Dough
  • 1 cup coconut oil, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups gluten-free flour blend
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream coconut oil and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Add vanilla and mix well.
  4. Mix in flour and salt until a dough forms.
  5. Shape dough into cookies and place on baking sheet.
