Ingredients
  

dry ingredients
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
wet ingredients
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; whisk wet ingredients in another.
  3. Combine wet and dry, then fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop dough onto baking sheet, flatten slightly.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, cool before serving.
