Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt butter in a skillet, sauté onion and celery until soft.
- Add garlic and herbs, cook for 1 minute. Mix with bread cubes.
- Gradually add chicken broth, season, and fold in parsley. Transfer to baking dish.
- Cover with foil, bake 30 mins, then uncover and bake 15-20 mins until crispy.
Notes
For extra flavor, add sautéed mushrooms or sausage.
