Method
- Cook pasta, drain, and rinse with cold water. Set aside to cool.
- Combine cooled pasta, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, black olives, and artichoke hearts in a large bowl.
- Whisk together olive oil, red grape juice vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
- Gently fold in the feta cheese.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve chilled.
