Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round pan.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Mix in orange juice, zest, and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and fold into wet mixture.
- Pour batter into pan and smooth top. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
