Method
- Cook pasta, drain, and rinse with cold water.
- Combine pasta, chicken, dressing, Parmesan, red onion, and parsley in a bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Stir in croutons just before serving.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
For a lighter version, use light Caesar dressing and whole wheat pasta.
