Method
- Wash and prepare your fruits. Hull the strawberries and slice them. Rinse blueberries and set aside.
- Prepare vanilla pudding according to package instructions or whisk Greek yogurt with vanilla extract.
- Layer angel food cake cubes at the bottom of trifle cups, followed by a layer of pudding, and then add strawberries and blueberries.
- Spread whipped cream over the fruits and repeat layers until cups are filled, finishing with whipped cream.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour. Garnish each cup with mint leaves and optional coconut flakes before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, use light whipped cream and sugar-free pudding.
