Method
- Cook pasta, drain, and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
- Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard in a bowl. Mix well.
- Add celery, red onion, and parsley to the dressing. Stir.
- Gently fold in the cooked pasta and seafood mix.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the dressing.
