Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
- Mix melted coconut oil, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until combined.
- Add non-dairy milk and vanilla, stir until smooth.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; add to wet mixture and combine.
- Fold in chocolate chips, scoop onto baking sheet, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Notes
For softer cookies, bake for 10 minutes; for crunchier, bake closer to 12 minutes.
