Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into 1/4 inch fries.
  3. Toss fries with olive oil, then sprinkle with cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Arrange fries in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
  6. Let cool briefly before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, flip the fries halfway through baking.
