Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Peel and cut sweet potatoes into 1/4 inch fries.
- Toss fries with olive oil, then sprinkle with cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Arrange fries in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Let cool briefly before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, flip the fries halfway through baking.
