Method
- Cook chicken and pasta. Chop celery and red onion.
- Whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add pasta, chicken, celery, and onion to the dressing. Toss gently.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Stir and serve cold.
Notes
For a lighter version, use light mayonnaise or Greek yogurt.
