  • 2 cans Green Chiles Two 4-ounce cans add a touch of mild heat.
  • 2 cans White Beans Two 15-ounce cans (drained and rinsed, make the chili hearty and satisfying.)
  • 12 ounces Frozen Corn A 12-ounce bag adds sweetness and texture.
  • 28 ounces Chicken Bone Broth A 28-ounce carton forms the flavorful base of your chili.
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese Four ounces of cream cheese transform the broth into a luscious (creamy delight.)
Toppings

Method
 

  1. Dice the onion and mince the garlic.
  2. Sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped chicken breasts, spices, and cook until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, add beans, chiles, corn, and cream cheese. Simmer until flavors meld.
  5. Serve hot topped with sour cream, shredded cheese, lime wedges, jalapeños, cilantro, and tortilla chips.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add more jalapeños or chili powder.
