Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix dry ingredients; set aside.
- Cream butter and sugars; add eggs and extracts.
- Gradually blend in dry ingredients; fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Drop dough onto baking sheets; decorate with sprinkles.
- Bake 9-11 minutes; cool before serving.
Notes
For softer cookies, slightly underbake and cool on wire racks.
