Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 3–4 pieces apples (granny smith, honeycrisp, or fuji), sliced into wedges Choose firm apples for best texture
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice To keep apples fresh
  • 1 cup soft caramel dip Store-bought or homemade
Toppings
  • to taste crushed pretzels
  • to taste mini chocolate chips
  • to taste chopped peanuts or pecans
  • to taste shredded coconut
  • to taste crushed graham crackers
  • to taste sprinkles
  • to taste sea salt flakes
  • to taste white and dark chocolate drizzle Optional

Method
 

  1. Slice apples and toss with lemon juice. Pat dry.
  2. Warm caramel dip slightly, then place in a bowl at the center of the board.
  3. Arrange apple wedges around the caramel. Add toppings in small bowls or scatter around the board.
  4. Serve with caramel for dipping and toppings for rolling.
