  • 1 pound bow tie pasta
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 0.5 cup black olives, sliced
  • 0.5 cup red onion, diced
  • 0.5 cup bell pepper, diced (any color)

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta, drain, rinse with cold water, and let cool.
  2. Whisk together Italian dressing, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Add pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, onion, and bell pepper to the bowl.
  4. Toss gently to combine.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve chilled.

Notes

Add grilled chicken or shrimp for a heartier meal.
