  • 3 tbsp plain flour
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

  • 8 oz velveeta cheese cut in cubes
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese freshly shredded

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper. Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth. Add Velveeta and cheddar cheese, stirring until melted.
  4. Combine cheese sauce with cooked pasta. Pour into a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
