Method
- Combine pasta, chicken, red onion, corn, black beans, and cilantro in a bowl.
- Whisk BBQ sauce, mayonnaise, and lime juice in a separate bowl.
- Pour BBQ sauce mixture over pasta and chicken. Toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add avocado, cherry tomatoes, or cheddar cheese if desired.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve cold and enjoy!
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the BBQ sauce mixture.
