- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Toss sliced apples with lemon juice, half the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Pour into a greased dish.
- Mix flour, oats, remaining brown sugar, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Spread crumble evenly over apples.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool for 10–15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
