  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Protein Powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla IsaLean Protein Shake
Fruits
  • 1/2 frozen banana frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries (blueberries are a great choice)
Spices
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Seeds & Fiber
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 serving FiberPro
Greens
  • A handful spinach (don’t worry, you won’t taste it!)

Method
