Method
- Whisk butter and sugar until fluffy; add vanilla and salt.
- Mix in flour gently; form dough, wrap in cling film, and chill for 1 hour.
- Preheat air fryer to 160°C; slice dough into 1cm cookies.
- Place cookies on parchment in air fryer; air fry at 160°C for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Cool cookies for 3-4 minutes; transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
