Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Whisk in eggs and sugar until combined.
- Stir in melted butter or oil.
- Fold in flour until just mixed.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg to the batter.
