  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.33 cup melted butter or oil melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Whisk in eggs and sugar until combined.
  4. Stir in melted butter or oil.
  5. Fold in flour until just mixed.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 45–50 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before slicing.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg to the batter.
